Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack and deliver your ShopMySoul order across India.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across India, to serviceable pincodes. You can confirm delivery to your location at checkout.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once your order is confirmed, it is typically delivered within 2–5 business days across India. Delivery can occasionally be a little faster or slower than this, depending on your exact location, courier availability, and other factors beyond our control. We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays and national holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can also check your order status any time from the "Track Order" link on our Website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders and pincodes. A flat COD handling fee of ₹49 applies to all Cash on Delivery orders, regardless of order value (see Section 3). To reduce fraudulent orders, we may call to confirm your address and order before dispatch.

6. Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

While we make every effort to meet the timelines above, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier disruptions, weather, public holidays, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will keep you informed if this happens.

7. Undelivered or Returned Shipments (RTO)

Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund as applicable.
